Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Launceston, Cornwall. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake fee-earning work, working independently and as part of the team, to provide a profitable contribution to the department.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and actively develop new business to grow your caseload.
  • Conduct private client and related matters on behalf of clients, including drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Assist with the development of the Private Client department in Salisbury.
  • Ensure excellent IT skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years PQE
  • First-class technical knowledge and understanding of private client matters
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide great client service
  • Organized and team-oriented with excellent attention to detail
