Key Responsibilities:- Client Advice and Support: Provide expert legal advice to clients on Private Client Law matters, including Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and Estate Administration.
- Document Drafting and Negotiation: Draft tailored documents and letters to meet clients' specific needs and objectives, and negotiate and secure agreed outcomes with clients and other professionals.
- Case Management and Coordination: Oversee the successful implementation of agreements and coordinate involved parties.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor trainee solicitors and legal assistants.
- Professional Development: Stay current with legal developments through ongoing professional training (CPD).
- Qualifications and Experience: You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and proven experience in Private Client Law.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability, drive and enthusiasm for the private client sector, and proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and the SOS document management system.
