Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

Parnalls Solicitors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established law firm in Launceston on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a busy and varied caseload, including Wills and Inheritance Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Deputyships, as well as Estate Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on legal issues related to their cases
  • Supervising the implementation of agreements
  • Supervising and delegating work to trainee solicitors and assistants
  • Staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the law
  • Undertaking continuing professional development (CPD)
Requirements:
  • Experience in all areas of Private Client Law
  • Commercial awareness
  • Drive and enthusiasm for the private client sector
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills

This position would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress their career with a forward-thinking practice. You will have an enthusiasm for taking part in business development and networking activities.
