Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

Parnalls Solicitors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established law firm based in Launceston on a part-time basis. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be an excellent communicator, active in building and developing client relationships, and managing a busy and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on the law and legal issues relating to their case
  • Supervising the implementation of agreements
  • Supervising and delegating work to trainee solicitors and assistants as appropriate
  • Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law
  • Undertaking a range of continuing professional development (CPD)
Requirements:
  • Preferably experience of working in all areas of Private Client Law
  • Commercial awareness
  • Drive and enthusiasm for the private client sector
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills

This position would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress their career with a forward-thinking practice. You will have an enthusiasm for taking part in business development and networking activities.
