About the Role
We are looking for a talented Administration and Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Welwyn Garden City. This permanent opportunity provides a chance to work in a stable and secure environment, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements after initial training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers by providing timely and accurate updates on the database.
  • Verify bills and examine reports to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assist in the growth and development of the company.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or administration is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required for success in this role.
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Desirable: Good Excel skills.

What We Offer:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,000. Working hours are 5 days a week, 8:30am - 5pm, with flexible working options possible after initial training. Our company offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on-site parking.
