Job Description:
This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote athletes and brands across various social media channels. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to collaborate on marketing and PR initiatives, manage client accounts, and create high-quality assets for campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage client accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Create engaging content and assets for social media campaigns
- Work with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality assets
- Develop and track analytics to measure campaign success
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within the sporting industry, with at least 3 years working directly with athletes on social media and design work. You should also possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the sports business industry, and excellent design and problem-solving abilities.

- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- An in-depth understanding of social media platforms and industry trends
- Focused on continuous improvement and willing to take initiative
Salary:
The salary for this role is dependent on experience, but we estimate it to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards in London.
