Job Description

As a Care Professional with our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing tailored support services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and communicating effectively with clients, their families, and our care team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for clients, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
  3. Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications at the prescribed times.
  4. Companionship: Engage in activities with clients to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure high-quality, tailored care.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and ongoing professional development, opportunities for career advancement within a growing organisation, Blue light card, discounts at many different retailers, and £300 refer a friend bonus.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and delivering person-centered care, with experience in a care setting being beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided, and we require flexible availability, especially during weekends.
