We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality learning and teaching to pupils with special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include working under the direction of teaching staff/senior managers, undertaking specified work with individuals, groups, and whole classes, and encouraging pupil participation.
Key Responsibilities:- Work under the direction of teaching staff/senior managers to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching of pupils with special educational needs.
- Undertake specified work with individuals, groups, and whole classes, under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.
- Encourage the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school, and enable pupils to become more independent learners.
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
