Community Youth Support Specialist

At Academics Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Youth Support Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students to increase their engagement and attainment, providing vital support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Providing Community Support: Work with students to identify areas where they require additional support, developing personalized plans to address their needs and improve their life chances.
- Increasing Engagement and Attainment: Collaborate with students to develop strategies that promote increased engagement and improved academic outcomes, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Sustaining Positive Relationships: Foster strong, supportive relationships with students, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience in the face of adversity.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
