About the Role- You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify business-critical issues and matters.
- Organise meetings, manage diaries, and provide administrative support.
- Liaise with clients to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities management and administration.
- Take ownership of onboarding new clients and insurance renewals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and local business events.
- Design and deliver training programs for delegates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
