At ATTB - The Big Jobsite, we are seeking a highly experienced Regional Health, Safety and Quality Manager to join our construction management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of HSE advisors on a regional basis, coordinating and managing the policy and process for health, safety, environmental, and quality matters. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Receiving reports on the full lifecycle of health & safety, completing company-wide assessments, quality assessments, and reporting at board level.
  2. Management of external business accreditations, chairing quarterly HSEQ meetings.
  3. Implementation, delivery, management, and continuous improvement of quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems.
  4. Collection of data for company KPIs.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in health, safety, or quality management. A strong background in implementation, delivery, management, and continuous improvement of HSEQ is essential. Training in health and safety and/or risk/quality assessment is also desirable.

Key Qualifications: Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NVQ, NEBOSH, or equivalent)

Desirable Qualifications: CQI Accreditation, CMIOSH
