About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our regional main contractor as a senior HSEQ professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of H&S advisors and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in implementing, delivering, managing and continuously improving quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving reports on the full lifecycle of health and safety.
  2. Completing company-wide H&S assessments and quality assessments.
  3. Management of all external business accreditations.
  4. Implementation, delivery, management and continuous improvement of quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management systems.
  5. Manage the collection of data for the company's KPIs.

Desirable Experience:

  1. Background working within H&S or quality management for 10 years+.
  2. Experience in the implementation, delivery, management and continuous improvement of HSEQ.
  3. Training within health and safety and/or risk/quality assessment.

Qualifications & Skills: Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NVQ, NEBOSH or equivalent).

Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary of £62,500-£67,500 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, pension and bonus.
