We're seeking an Information Hub Assistant to be the friendly face of our campus, providing essential information and directing students, staff, and visitors to the right resources. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a professional environment, implementing security protocols, and responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with all on-campus departments to ensure the Information Hub serves as a comprehensive resource for students, with up-to-date information. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to supporting students, we'd love to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:
•Frontline Service: Greet students, staff, and guests at the Campus Information Hub desk, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
•Maintain a Professional Environment: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and professionally presented.
•Security Protocols: Implement security measures, including issuing and monitoring ID cards for students, staff, and visitors, and maintaining a record of all visitors on campus.
•Respond to Enquiries: Provide excellent first-line responses to student enquiries in person, by phone, or by email, triaging efficiently and directing them to appropriate resources.
•Collaboration: Work closely with all on-campus departments to ensure the Information Hub serves as a comprehensive resource for students, with up-to-date information.
•Administrative Support: Assist college teams with administrative tasks as needed.
