**About the Role**:
The Hub Support Specialist role is to support Hub Senior Management with the smooth running of Regional Offices (ROs); providing effective and proactive business support and to continually seek ways to improve processes and efficiency and promote agile ways of working.
- Review and continually assess the effectiveness of systems and processes and seek ways to improve efficiencies within each business area
- Responsibility for high quality workflow and adherence to agreed ways of working, providing appropriate management information as required
- Ad hoc tasks for Practice Manager

**About You**:

- Knowledge of company secretarial and client onboarding within an accountancy practice is essential
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate a range of project lines across multiple locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong consultative skills and ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures
