**Job Title:** Customer Service Liaison Specialist

**Location:** Nationwide (Remote)

**Salary:** £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Liaison Specialist. This role will play a vital part in maintaining strong relationships with our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our services within local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, providing professional customer service support.
  • Manage administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to internal processes and policies.
  • Coordinate efficiently with other teams and departments to resolve resident queries and concerns.
  • Utilise IT systems competently for scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential service enhancements.
