SENCO Leadership Position

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead our provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As the ideal candidate, you will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) and be passionate about driving positive outcomes for students with additional needs.
The role involves leading the development and implementation of the school's SEND strategy, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice. You will manage and coordinate provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs, supporting teachers in identifying and meeting individual student needs.
You will develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies. Additionally, you will provide training, guidance, and support to teachers and support staff to enhance their understanding of SEN and effective classroom strategies.
A competitive salary of £195,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is offered. The successful applicant will also have opportunities for further professional development and leadership growth within the Remedy Recruitment Group.
