The school has 50 pupils on roll, offering a unique and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 7-16, with the majority being within the secondary unit.

This SENCO role offers an immediate start, allowing the successful candidate to begin working as soon as possible. In return for their skills and experience, candidates can expect to receive a competitive salary of £34,514 - 51,179 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for an experienced SENCO who possesses a QTS or equivalent qualification, along with SENCO certification. Strong classroom management and leadership skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to inspire young minds and provide support to students with SEND needs is crucial.
