Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of residential, retail, food and beverage, industrial, and office properties in the Plymouth area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, retail, and commercial properties
  • Oversee rent collection, service charge administration, and landlord/tenant liaison
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with a mixed portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of service charge administration and landlord/tenant liaison
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full driving license and ability to commute to Plymouth
