We are looking for a highly ambitious and results-driven professional to join our team as the main driver for the growth and success of Private Equity Insights.

Private Equity Insights is the world's leading Private Equity community, connecting and developing over 240,000 investment professionals worldwide through our platforms, including conferences, webinars, magazines, and news reports.

We have helped investors, fund managers, and CXOs rethink what it takes to fundraise, invest, operate, and exit in Private Equity for over 10 years, via online engagement and cutting-edge conferences in various locations.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will run, grow, and manage all aspects of Private Equity Insights, leading a world-class team and ensuring the successful execution of our conference and strategy.

You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, establishing goals, and providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.

Additionally, you will oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints, and identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic, such as management consulting, investment banking, or top-tier corporate or start-up.
  • A Bachelor's degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results.
  • A UK, EU, or US work permit.
