Academic Facilitator

In this rewarding role as an Academic Facilitator at a good Secondary School in Basingstoke, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment to deliver high-quality Religious Studies education. As part of our committed staff team, you will contribute to the school's focus on improving subject specialist teaching and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise the teaching area to provide a pleasant and effective learning space.
- Develop and implement an engaging curriculum tailored to individual student needs, ensuring pupil entitlement is met.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on the MPR scale, with hours from 8:30 am to 4 pm, including parents' evenings. The contract type is Temp to Perm, with opportunities for ongoing employment.
Requirements:- QTS or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience teaching RS in the UK.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child-related references.
