Job Title: Educational Psychologist Position

Location: Hertfordshire, England

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educational psychologist to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Hertfordshire. As a psychology teacher, you will be responsible for delivering excellent teaching across KS4 and KS5, working collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess students' progress and keep regular records of their academic performance.
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for students.
  • Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings.
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.

Requirements:

  1. QTS or equivalent qualification.
  2. Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or education.
  3. A recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  4. Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles.
  5. A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
