Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school located in the heart of Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education, working across a range of different year groups and departments.

About the Role:

  • Manage the behaviour of students and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Supervise pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers

Requirements:

  • Recent and relevant experience working with young people in an educational setting
  • Degree educated
  • Passionate about working with children in education
  • Strong behaviour management skills and effective communication skills
  • Punctual, flexible, and reliable

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £90-£140 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities for permanent employment in the future.
