About the Role:

As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to learners, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing effective learner support, guidance, and tutoring across different college departments, assisting learners in setting and achieving personal and academic goals, and facilitating group sessions and workshops to enhance student learning and development. You will also maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions, and stay up-to-date with best practices in tutoring and student support services.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £30,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package including membership into the Local Government Pension Scheme, family-friendly policies and flexible working, access to our employee assistance programme, employee wellbeing initiatives, free parking, and canteen facilities.
