About the Job:
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to support their sales team in Cookstown. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing new orders, processing customer inquiries, and resolving delivery or invoice issues.

**Job Description:**
• Process new orders and manage customer relationships
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Communicate with hauliers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and email management
• Participate in weekly departmental meetings to stay informed and provide updates

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
