Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with business customers, processing new orders, and investigating any queries related to delivery or invoice issues.

You will also be involved in informing business customers of offers that relate to their order quantities, liaising with internal departments, and coordinating with hauliers regarding deliveries.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new orders onto the system within set deadlines
  • Investigate and resolve any queries related to delivery or invoice issues
  • Inform business customers of offers that relate to their order quantities
  • Liaise with various internal departments
  • Coordinate with hauliers regarding deliveries
