**Sales Admin**

Our client a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in their sales team

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:15am - 4:15pm, Friday 7:15am - 1:30pm

**Job Duties**
- Sales Order Processing
- Review & check pricing, technical specification & Incoterms on customer orders
- Compliance Screening new orders & check export compliance
- Schedule customer Orders by raising internal Purchase orders.
- Communicate Sales Order Acknowledgements to Customers
- Manage & Update the central Build & Despatch schedule and Sales Ledger
- Maintain Monthly Sales, order backlog & FGI Inventory reports for machines
- File & maintain sales export paperwork & dispatch records.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Experience in a technical equipment manufacturing business
- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing/ checking paperwork
- Minimum of GCSE Math and English
- Excellent computer literacy skills -especially proficient in Excel & setting-up pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills across a range of international cultures & businesses
