About the Role
The Barber Hub Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, managing and leading the salon staff, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salon Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the salon staff, including hairstylists and support personnel, to deliver exceptional services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Budget Control: Control expenses and monitor budget to ensure financial stability.
- Supply Management: Manage supplies, ensuring that products and tools are available and well-maintained.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new clients.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and industry trends.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for client satisfaction.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Budgeting: Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Marketing: Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies to promote services effectively.
- Certification: Certification or degree in cosmetology, beauty management, or a related field is preferred.
