CCO Group is partnering with a top property firm to find a senior professional who can drive business growth and manage key client relationships.

The company has an excellent reputation in the industry and is seeking a senior professional who can provide rating valuation appeal services, rates reliefs, and rates management to key clients.

  • Represent clients effectively to achieve rates savings and explore all possible opportunities for savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, as well as proactively establish new connections to increase revenue
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Demonstrate expertise in business rates Surveying
  • Hold MRICS status
  • Manage substantial case loads and lead a team
  • Preferably have experience in valuing retail properties for rating purposes
  • Be commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven expertise in business rates Surveying
  • MRICS qualification
  • Ability to handle significant case loads
  • Experience in team management and development
  • Ideally, a background in consulting
  • Capability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships
