Financial Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to lead our care group's financial operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the financial management team, providing advice to corporate managers, and supporting the Corporate Accountant.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with financial data, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the financial management team and ensure workload is allocated effectively.
- To provide financial advice to corporate managers and support the Corporate Accountant.
- To analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
- To develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as required by the line manager.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
