Administrative Support for Financial Activities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Regulatory Support Administrator to join our team at Wolviston Management Services in Stockton.
Key Accountabilities:- Financial Operations: Support the billing of electricity supply, validate commercial data, and assist with monthly ROC claims and Ofgem submissions.
- Data Management: Manage data input and reconciliation for regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Supplier Invoicing: Process supplier invoices and prepare finance journals, maintaining financial control.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance through supporting statutory and commercial audits.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate in the continuous improvement of financial models and processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, particularly SAGE.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced features and formulas.
This part-time role (three days per week) offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the finance and regulatory operations in a growing industry. With an estimated salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, this position provides a competitive package for the right candidate.
