Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Development Specialist to join our team at Miller Homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and overall quality and presentation standards on site.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure that everyone on site is adhering to company health and safety standards and processes.
  • Maintain the overall presentation and housekeeping of the site to the 'Miller Standard'.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to achieve KPIs.
  • Coordinate visits from NHBC inspection/Building Control for stage inspections.
  • Investigate customer complaints during production and take appropriate action.
  • Assist in managing the quality of work carried out by subcontractors and materials supplied by manufacturers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, IT, written, and oral. You must also have the ability to plan, organise, and monitor tasks effectively.
