Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to team leadership and service development.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Leading ward rounds, multidisciplinary team meetings, and care reviews.
  • Overseeing clinical management of complex cases, particularly those involving risk or challenging behavior.
  • Providing mentorship, supervision, and support to junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and national standards.
  • Collaborating with site leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction.
