About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Marketing Manager to drive the pipeline for our Learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll create and execute multi-channel strategies that engage and convert our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to engage target personas and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage inbound and outbound channels, including digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with content, sales development, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
  • Utilise marketing automation and analytics tools to measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, driving strategic decisions and sales enablement.
Requirements
  • Extensive B2B demand generation experience in education technology - exposure to international markets is useful.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, optimising campaigns, managing budgets, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Expertise in the corporate learning customer journey, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce) and ABM platforms, with success in multi-channel demand generation programs.
