\We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a local primary school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with special educational needs and be passionate about delivering high-quality education and support.
\Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.\
- Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.\
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation.\
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.\
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for students.\\/ul\
Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a SEN teaching assistant.\
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is advantageous.\
- A passion for supporting students with special educational needs.\\/ul\
