Job Summary:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to special educational needs. You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Monitor student progress and report to parents/guardians
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
