Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our clinical research initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start to finish, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out
  • Evaluate and monitor trial progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient trial execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve trial efficiency, quality, and compliance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on contract clinical research associates
  • Proven track record of successful trial management and coordination
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g., ICH GCP, FDA regulations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
