Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Team Lead to join our management team in Ayr. As a Senior Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontline staff, providing high-quality support to individuals, and ensuring the delivery of excellent care practices.



Responsibilities


The successful applicant will have experience working with adults and children with varying levels of need, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs. They will also have strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership of their work and deliver exceptional support practices.



Key Requirements



  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals
  • Ability to create and deliver robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use

Salary


The estimated salary for this role is £28,961 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
