We offer a unique and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pastry Artisan at The Jetty Restaurant in Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastry and bakery produce that exceeds our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably from a 1/2 Rosette background, and will be able to confidently run their own section in the kitchen.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is £41,500 per annum, based on a 40-hour week and includes opportunities for overtime and tips.

**Job Description**

As Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating innovative and delicious pastry and bakery produce
  • Working closely with our head chef to develop new recipes and menu items
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Experience working in a 1/2 Rosette kitchen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
