An exciting opportunity to join our Bakery Team as a Trainee Baker has opened and we are seeking someone who is passionate about what they do. You will be part of a friendly, hardworking, awesome team based in our Bakery near the docks in Southampton.

A bit about you:

- Passionate about food and in particular sourdough
- Willing to learn the art of sourdough
- Friendly with a positive and can-do attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

A bit about the role:

- Mixing and managing the dough and shaping of loaves and buns
- Producing high-quality products efficiently and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Our Bakers work 40hrs per week which could consist of both day shifts and night shifts.

Hoxton Bakehouse sells our own delicious Handmade Artisan Pastries, Sourdough Bread and Seadog Coffee, all made, baked and roasted at our Bakery/Coffee Roastery in Southampton. We have six established stores across Hampshire, the New Forest and West Sussex as well as an ever-expanding wholesale business covering Hampshire, Dorset, and Surrey.
