Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Pricing Specialists: Work closely with senior team members to follow up with sellers who have not responded to initial queries, providing them with timely and professional assistance.
  • Assist Sellers: Help sellers understand how to set realistic price expectations and explain the benefits of selling through Carwow, contributing to a positive selling experience.
  • Multichannel Communication: Engage with sellers via email, live chat, SMS, and phone, ensuring clear and effective communication at every stage of the process.
  • Customer Follow-up: Proactively manage follow-up processes, helping to ensure that sellers receive accurate information and understand their next steps.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Pricing Specialists and other team members to refine communication strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all customer interactions and documentation.

Requirements

  • Entry-level role: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team.
