Senior Leader for Pastoral Development

Campion School is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated senior leader to join our team in the role of Senior Leader for Pastoral Development.
The successful candidate will make a strong contribution in further improving behaviour and safety, safeguarding, early help, SEND, LAC, attendance and admissions, with a focus on increasing capacity at a leadership level to meet the future needs of the school. The role provides leadership development experience that prepares candidates for future next steps in their leadership journey.
This demanding role requires high levels of communication skills and emotional intelligence, working closely with all stakeholders to support our high expectations.
Campion is a good school, oversubscribed and a school of choice for both students and staff. We offer a well-being scheme, on-site gym facilities, free tea and coffee, and on-site parking.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
