About Forsyth Barnes

We are an elite sports club seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Leader to lead our finance function. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving business success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective decision-making.
  3. Maintain robust financial controls, governance, and risk management practices.
  4. Collaborate closely with the commercial team to identify revenue opportunities and drive growth.
About You
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience as a senior finance leader, preferably in a large organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • A graduate degree or equivalent, supported by extensive post-qualification experience as a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
