Primary Teaching Assistant Leader

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant level 3 with a passion for child development and education. Your expertise in working with primary school-aged children, including those with SEND, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  4. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
