Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Access Talent Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our data center construction projects team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering aspects of data center projects.
About the Role:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee all electrical engineering aspects of data center construction projects, from initial design through to completion.
- Design and Development: Lead the development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering teams to deliver high-quality data center construction projects.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CEng, PE) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry, preferably in data centers, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year.
