Lead Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Waterhead Inn, Cumbria and Lancashire. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the demands of our busy restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized working station, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and customers
- Contribute to the overall success of our kitchen team through teamwork and communication
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent cooking skills, including presentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
