Job Title: Deputy Group Leader

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Group Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Unit and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of a team that provides operational and problem-solving support to our Business Unit.
  • Work closely with a fast-paced team to deliver timely and accurate end-to-end client documentation within the CEM framework.
  • Load data into relevant WTW systems in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Undertake and verify due diligence of new clients, markets, and third parties.
  • Review, monitor, and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, A&S, claims, compliance, and business unit colleagues.
  • Support the Business Unit in accurate tracking and processing of revenue.
  • Assist and liaise with Xchanging, the bureau submission, and Facilities teams on submission queries.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, markets, and others to maximize service delivery levels.
  • Undertake all mandatory training within the deadline set.
  • Perform quality checks on all documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times and manage data in line with WTW guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, wordings, and the regulatory environment.
  • Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualifications.
  • Previous people management/supervisory experience preferable.
