Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Group Leader to join our Special Contingency Risks (SCR) - Billing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and problem-solving support to our Business Unit within the Operations department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Willis Towers Watson CEM framework and be able to deliver timely and accurate end-to-end client documentation. They will also be responsible for loading data into relevant WTW systems and undertaking due diligence of new clients, markets, and third parties.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external sources. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Line Management responsibility for UK-based K&R billing team
  • Understand, apply and explain business unit policies and procedures
  • Deliver timely and accurate end-to-end client documentation within the CEM framework, FCA, and contract certainty requirements
  • Loading of data into relevant WTW systems in an accurate and timely manner
  • Undertake and verify due diligence of new clients, markets, and third parties
  • Review, monitor, and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, A&S, claims, compliance, and business unit colleagues
  • Support the BU in accurate tracking and processing of revenue as required
  • Assist and liaise with Xchanging, the bureau submission, and Facilities teams on submission queries
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, markets, and others to maximise service delivery levels
  • Undertake all mandatory training within the deadline set
  • Undertake annually required level of Continuous Professional Development
  • Perform quality checks on all documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times and manage data in line with WTW guidelines
