The successful candidate will lead the firm's new business intake processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and internal risk management policies.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth client onboarding while mitigating any potential legal and business risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the new business intake process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client onboarding in compliance with the firm's AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with partners and senior leadership to provide insights on new business risk and recommend solutions.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes in business intake procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including legal teams, compliance, and risk management, to identify potential conflicts of interest or other risks.
