Product Development Chemist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Chemist to join our team at Science & Technology Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products, delivering accurate results within an acceptable timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses, reviewing data for GMP compliance
  • Handle OOS results, prepare reports, and document data in accordance with client policies
  • Measure productivity, approve test results, address customer queries, support audits, and perform QC testing
  • Revised SOPs and ensure all documentation meets quality standards
  • Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
  • BSc in Chemistry or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical analysis within a development laboratory or equivalent setting
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques and modern instruments (HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, UV spectroscopy) with skills in data interpretation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in method development, validation, and familiarity with DryLab
  • Strong knowledge of chromatographic techniques and GMP requirements
Desirable Skills:
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, well-organized, and excellent problem-solving skills
