Harrow Council is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Public Safety Specialist to join their Enforcement team. This permanent, hybrid role offers a competitive hourly rate of £24.50-£30 and the opportunity to make a real difference in the local community.

About the Role:

As a Public Safety Specialist, you will be the face of Harrow Council, working in a customer-facing environment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the public. You will represent Harrow Council as a duly authorized Officer, educating and partnering with internal and external organizations to enhance public safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with 25-40% of your time spent in the office and 60-75% on site-based visits to premises within Harrow Council.
  • Work as part of an Enforcement team in accordance with statutory requirements and in compliance with relevant Council policies and procedures.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £26,100 - £31,500 per annum, based on a 25-30 hour workweek and the London location.

Requirements:

  2. Relevant experience in a similar enforcement or regulatory role, preferably within a local government or public sector environment.
